Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • During the off-peak season – cancellation within 5 days
  • During the peak season (Dec 24th – Jan 7th) – cancellation within 14 days

Full payment to be charged upon reservation.

Special offers are on non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable basis

Deposit Policy

A deposit is not required to guarantee reservation

Guarantee Policy

Guarantee is mandatory to reserve a room with credit card information. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy for Sri Lanka Rupee Rate Reservations (Sri Lankan Passport Holders and Resident Visa Holders)

Note: Please note, to be eligible to obtain Sri Lanka Rupee rates, all guests checking into the hotel must produce their individual identification by the form of National Identity Card, Sri Lanka Passport or Sri Lanka Resident Visa upon arrival to the hotel.

  • Off-Peak Period (throughout any year other than for the period 24th December – 7th January)

Cancellation made 5 days prior to arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee and the payment will be refunded.

Cancellation made after 5 days to arrival date / time, cancellations made upon arrival or no show will be charged the full reservation amount.

  • Peak Period (applicable period from 24th December – 7th January in any year)

Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee and the payment will be refunded.

Cancellation made after 14 days to arrival date / time, cancellations made upon arrival or no show will be charged the full reservation amount.

Group Bookings

For all group reservations (reservations over 10 rooms) a non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. If any adjustments for the arrival / departure dates are required after confirmation, this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Special Offer Conditions

Please note that all Special Offer Conditions will supersede the cancellation conditions stated in this general policy document.

Compulsory Stay-Over Supplements

Please note that the compulsory stay over supplement on 24th and 31st December will be included to the room rate of your reservation for both USD and LKR rates.

Check-In And Check-Out Times

Check-in time is from 2.00 PM (14:00 hrs) onwards and Check-out time is 12.00 noon.

Early Check-in

Early arrivals will be on availability and needs to be informed at time of reservation. Arrivals earlier than 10:00 AM will be charged a 50% of the room rate and will only be on availability.

Early arrivals ahead of 6:00 AM will be charged an extra night’s rate and will be confirmed in advance if requested.

Late Departure

Late departure up to 2:30 PM will be on availability and needs to be informed at the time of arrival.

Late departure up to 6:00 PM can be arranged at a 50% of the room rate and will only be offered on availability.

Late departures beyond 6:00 PM will be charged as an extra night and will be confirmed in advance.

Child Policy

Children between 0-5 years will be accommodated in the parents/adults room free of charge.

Children between 5.1-11.99 years will be charged a child supplement.

The child supplement will be offered a maximum of one extra bed per room.

Extra Bed

Extra beds can only be arranged for a double room.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed
